LTAC has an ongoing commitment to the principles of safety, quality, and traceability in all of its products and processes.
All LTAC staff have successfully completed Good Agriculture and Collection Practices (GACP) training. GACP is a HACCP-based program developed by the Canadian Herb, Spice and Natural Health Products Coalition (CHSNC), and is recognized by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
Our Food Safety Program is continually being developed and adapted to address our concerns for safety, quality, and traceability, as well as to meet the requirements of the current and future regulatory environment.
